Cancellation Policy

Customers can request a cancellation within 24 hours of booking a service or enrolling in a course. Cancellations made beyond this period may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase.
• The service must not have been fully availed or completed.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

• Completed training sessions.
• Downloaded digital products or course materials.
• Customized services that have been fully delivered.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
